Job summary

Sii Poland in Warsaw seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead SAP Order-to-Cash initiatives, driving delivery, scope control, and value realization.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with SAP best practices, and guide end users through new payment processes and subscriptions. The role emphasizes risk management and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of experience managing SAP projects in the O2C area.
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes and SAP environment.
• Ability to manage project scope, budget, and schedule.
• Experience leading project teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.
• Fluent English (C1).
• Residence in Poland required.

Responsibilities

• Managing SAP projects in the O2C area, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to scope.
• Defining project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Leading project teams, including SAP consultants, developers, and business stakeholders, to ensure smooth cooperation
• Ensuring SAP solutions comply with business needs, legal requirements, and best practices
• Identifying and managing project risks, issues, and dependencies, developing mitigation plans as needed
• Acting as the main point of contact for O2C project matters, providing regular status updates to stakeholders and management
• Conducting workshops and training to ensure end-user acceptance of O2C processes
• Ensuring proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitoring and evaluating project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, implementing corrective actions as necessary

Job description

You will join a team executing a strategic SAP Order-to-Cash initiative focused on implementing modern payment solutions for individual customers. The project involves developing and integrating digital payment methods and subscription models. The Project Manager role will have a significant impact on delivering new business opportunities and scaling digital products and services. The project is at the stage of transforming payment processes and building foundations for future digital solutions.
