Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead SAP Order-to-Cash initiatives, implementing modern payment solutions, digital payments, and subscriptions for customers. You will drive the delivery, collaboration, and governance across SAP teams and business stakeholders.

The role focuses on transforming payment processes, building scalable foundations for future digital solutions, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with strong end-user adoption.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of experience managing SAP projects in the O2C area.
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes and SAP environment.
• Ability to manage project scope, budget, and schedule.
• Experience leading project teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and risk management.
• Fluent English (C1).
• Residence in Poland required.

Responsibilities

• Managing SAP projects in the O2C area, ensuring delivery on time.
• Defining project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Leading project teams, including SAP consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Ensuring SAP solutions meet business needs and compliance.
• Identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Acting as main contact for O2C matters and providing status updates.
• Conducting workshops and training for end-user acceptance of O2C processes.
• Maintaining documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions.
