Job summary

SD Worx is seeking a SAP Developer with expertise in AI to work on SAP Add-ons and AI-enabled features for European clients. You will join a team of around 30 developers and testers delivering high-value SAP solutions. The role combines cloud and on-premise projects and offers a learning-driven environment.

The position features permanent employment after a 3-month probation, flexible hours, remote work options, private medical care, language courses, and annual bonus.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of SAP IT experience or participation in SAP implementation projects.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors is required.
• Proven experience developing applications and cloud solutions using REST APIs.

Which tasks can you expect?

• Opportunity to work with new technologies (such as cloud and AI solutions)

• Possibility to collaborate on designing, developing and implementation of proprietary SD Worx products (SAP Add-ons) and solutions in the HCM area used by thousands of people at European largest companies

• Incorporate AI features into our products

• Design and develop client functionalities and extensions

• Participate in SAP solution implementations for SD Worx customers in a variety of technology scenarios (mainly cloud, but also on-premise) in terms of architecture building, technical specifications, and implementation

• Acquire and expand your SAP development and extension expertise through project involvement and SAP online courses

What do you have to offer?

• Good knowledge of the SAP HCM module or the SAP SuccessFactors system

• Knowledge of the technology/programming language used in SAP (ABAP, SAPUI5 / Fiori, Java, JavaScript) and Eclipse environment

• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries

• Experience (minimum 3 years) working in SAP IT department, or participation in SAP implementation projects as a programmer, technical consultant, architect, or integration specialist

• Very good knowledge of at least 1 programming language (demonstrated by project experience and/or certification) and experience in developing applications and cloud solutions based on REST APIs.

• English language knowledge at the B2/C1 level

• Completed 2-3 full-cycle projects

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment

• Interpersonal and communication skills, a focus on customer satisfaction

Nice to have:

• Good understanding of AI principles, including transformers, embeddings, vector and graph databases

• Experience in designing narrow AI models – choosing architecture, preparing data, performing training

• Knowledge of popular ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LangGraph)

• Practical knowledge of AI tools like Claude Code, Microsoft Copilot Studio and GitHub Copilot, including working with autonomous AI agents, AI assisted development and testing

• Experience in designing and optimizing prompts and agent behaviors for reliability and cost efficiency
