Job summary

SAP Solutions Poland in Poznań seeks an IT specialist to implement and configure the SAP HCM module (PY), working closely with clients to tailor HR and payroll processes for Poland.

You will support system users, handle Help Desk requests, and participate in development projects, contributing to a friendly workplace with personal development and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP HCM system (PY module).
• Knowledge in the field of HR and payroll (Poland).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• ABAP knowledge (ability to read code and debug errors).
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
• Higher education.
• Ability to manage own working time.
• Resilience to stress and ability to work under time pressure.
