Seargin Ltd is seeking an experienced PMO professional to support SAP S/4HANA transformation programs in a dynamic international environment. Responsibilities

• Support delivery and coordination of large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Provide strong PMO support across transformation activities, ensuring effective coordination and follow-up.
• Assist program planning, coordination, tracking, and reporting across key transformation workstreams.
• Prepare and communicate key program updates to senior management.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across different areas to maintain alignment.
• Support governance and tracking of key activities, deliverables, and actions.
• Monitor progress and help identify issues and priorities across transformation initiatives.

• Support the delivery and coordination of large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
• PMO Coordination
  • Provide strong PMO support across transformation activities, ensuring effective coordination and follow-up
• Program Planning
  • Support program planning, coordination, tracking, and reporting across key transformation workstreams

  • Experience working in or supporting complex, large-scale transformation environments
• Program Coordination
  • Experience with program planning, coordination, tracking, reporting, and governance activities
• Stakeholder Management
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across complex transformation environments
• Senior Management Communication
  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with senior management
• Experience working within complex SAP transformation programs and understanding of their delivery context
