Job summary

PwC Polska is seeking an SAP FI Specialist with German to join our Application Evolution Services team in Poznań. You will analyze and resolve SAP FI/S/4HANA issues, provide 2nd/3rd line support, and collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure client success.

You will work in a hybrid model, handle client-focused enhancements, document resolutions, and contribute to continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP FI and S/4HANA (Public Cloud is a plus).
Excellent English communication skills.
Written and spoken German required.
Experience implementing business processes with SAP standards (S/4HANA or BW/4HANA).
Understanding of third-party system integration with SAP FI.

Responsibilities

Analyse and resolve complex SAP S/4HANA FI issues, including Public Cloud scenarios.
Provide 2nd and 3rd line support; resolve tickets efficiently with high quality.
Conduct root-cause analysis and configure SAP systems for effective solutions.
Collaborate with 1st-level support and IT teams to deliver timely resolutions.
Build trusted client relationships and address topics promptly and professionally.
Monitor ticket trends and drive continuous improvement.
Lead minor projects and system changes to meet client needs.
Maintain clear documentation of issues, solutions and changes.
