Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services in Poland seeks an experienced SAP consultant to join a multi-disciplinary team. You will contribute to SAP module configurations, workshops, and end-to-end SAP solutions for international clients.

You will work in a hybrid setup in Katowice with 2 days in office and 3 days remotely, collaborating with global EY teams and R&D partners on innovative SAP implementations.

Qualifications

• Relevant professional experience in SAP modules.
• End-to-end business process knowledge across SAP areas.
• English and German communication skills.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Readiness to participate in SAP Consulting implementation projects with a focus on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within the scope of R&D activities.
• Hands-on approach to collaborating with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new SAP solutions that may enhance the efficiency of business processes.
• Willingness to report the progress of R&D projects and documenting the results of implementations, as well as post-implementation review.

Ideally, you’ll also have

Hands-on experience in SAP module configuration and/or end-to-end SAP implementation projects

Understanding of SAP software implementation project lifecycle and delivery methodologies

Proven experience in conducting SAP workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and training sessions for business users

Ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions and system configurations

• Experience working at consulting companies
