Job summary

Intelligenz IT is seeking an SAP expert for a 6-month engagement to evaluate and implement VF11-related enhancements within KSeF in Poland. You will assess compliance, auditability, and S/4HANA migration implications while proposing robust debit note mapping solutions and VAT reporting improvements.

The role requires deep SAP SD Billing (VF11) and SAP FI knowledge, with strong Polish localization experience and fluent English. Remote/onsite mix and potential extension may apply.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP DRC or SAP eDocument Framework.
• Project experience with KSeF in Poland.
• Knowledge of Polish e-invoicing and VAT requirements.
• Experience with Poland SAP localization and KSeF processes.
• Expertise in SAP SD Billing, VF11.
• Good knowledge of SAP FI and Tax Reporting.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate whether VF11 cancellation after successful KSeF submission can be implemented through a custom intervention or enhancement.
• Assess risks related to compliance, auditability, SAP supportability, maintenance, and future S/4HANA migrations.
• Analyze existing alternative solutions and provide a functional and technical recommendation.
• Develop a solution for the debit note mapping conflict, distinguishing debit notes from original invoices using document types, order reasons, number ranges, or other criteria.
• Consider Polish legal and tax requirements when designing the solution.
• Define an approach for invoice reference in VAT reporting (JPK_V7M) to minimize manual corrections for currency and regulatory adjustments.
• Provide a high-level architecture, solution approach, effort estimate, and implementation timeline.
• Support the potential implementation of the recommended solution.

Analyze existing alternative solutions and provide a functional and technical recommendation.

Develop a solution for the debit note mapping conflict, distinguishing debit notes from original invoices using document types, order reasons, number ranges, or other technical/functional criteria.

Consider Polish legal and tax requirements when designing the solution.

Define an approach for invoice reference in VAT reporting (JPK_V7M) to minimize manual corrections for currency and regulatory adjustments.

Must-Have Skills

Several years of hands-on experience with SAP DRC or SAP eDocument Framework.

Proven project experience with KSeF in Poland.

Strong knowledge of Polish e-invoicing and VAT requirements.

Experience with Poland SAP localization and KSeF processes.

Expertise in SAP SD Billing, particularly VF11.

Good knowledge of SAP FI and Tax Reporting.
