DXC Technology in Kraków is seeking an experienced SAP CO Consultant to join a large S/4HANA rollout for a leading manufacturing client. The role requires deep CO knowledge and a willingness to travel extensively.

Candidates will contribute across the full lifecycle, from fit-to-template to go-live, providing sound SAP CO solutions and robust data migration capabilities while collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of SAP project experience focusing on Controlling (CO) functions.
• Strong understanding of internal business processes in controlling and SAP integration.
• Experience in at least one full SAP project lifecycle and one S/4HANA rollout.
• Experience with Fit-to-template/explore phases in S/4HANA deployments.
• Ability to propose sound S/4HANA solutions tailored to customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Join a large SAP S/4HANA rollout for a manufacturing client as SAP CO Consultant.
• Deliver key contributions across global transformation program.
• Act as Template Defender and maintain robust沟通 with stakeholders.
• Travel up to 50% across 10–12 weeks within a 6–9 month rollout window.

Role overview:

• Join a large-scale SAP S/4HANA rollout project for a leading manufacturing client as a SAP CO Consultant. We are looking for two experienced professionals who want to play a key role in shaping and delivering a global transformation program.

• Willingness to travel (Min 50%. 10-12 weeks of travel over 6-9 months of rollout duration)

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of SAP project experience with in-depth knowledge of SAP Controlling (Organization structure, Master Data, Cost element accounting, Cost Centre, Profit Centre accounting, Product Costing, Profitabilty analysis, Internal orders)

• Very good process understanding for internal business processes in the areas of controlling and integration to other core SAP modules.

• Experience in at least 1 SAP E2E implementation over the entire life cycle.

• Experience at least 1 SAP S/4HANA rollout with experience in conducting Fit to template / explore phases.

• Providing sound solutions in the S/4HANA environment based on the customer’s specific business requirements.

• Experience with data migration concepts using standard SAP toolsets for Controlling masterdata and transaction objects.

• Good communication and assertiveness as the consultant will play the role of 'Template Defender'.
