Job summary

DXC Technology is hiring a Senior SAP FICO Consultant to lead a large-scale SAP S/4HANA rollout for a manufacturing client. The role emphasizes finance processes, data migration, and tight integration with logistics and HR domains.

Travel is required at a minimum of 50%, equating to 10-12 weeks over a 6-9 month rollout, with the opportunity to shape a global transformation program within a leading IT services company.

Qualifications

• Deep SAP Finance knowledge (GL, New GL, AA, AP, AR) and controlling, data migration, closing processes, fast close, with logistics and HCM integration.
• Strong understanding of internal business processes in accounting and controlling.
• Experience in at least one SAP Finance/Controlling implementation across the full project lifecycle.
• Experience in at least one SAP S/4HANA Finance rollout with Fit-to-template/explore phases.
• Ability to provide sound solutions in S/4HANA Finance based on customer needs.
• Experience with data migration concepts using standard SAP tools for FI open items and master data.
• Good communication and assertiveness for the role of Template Defender.

Role Overview

• Join a large-scale SAP S/4HANA rollout project for a leading manufacturing client as a Senior SAP FICO Consultant. We are looking for two experienced professionals who want to play a key role in shaping and delivering a global transformation program.
• Willingness to travel (Min 50%. 10-12 weeks of travel over 6-9 months of rollout duration)

Requirements

• SAP project experience with in-depth knowledge of SAP Finance (GL, New GL, AA, AP, AR) & controlling, data migration, closing processes, fast close, as well as integration into logistics and HCM
• Very good process understanding for internal business processes in the areas of accounting and controlling.
• Experience in at least 1 SAP Finance / Controlling implementation over the entire life cycle.
• Experience at least 1 SAP S/4HANA Finance rollout with experience in conducting Fit to template / explore phases.
• Providing sound solutions in the S/4HANA Finance environment based on the customer’s specific business requirements.
• Experience with data migration concepts using standard SAP toolsets for FI open items and master data.
• Good communication and assertiveness as the consultant will play the role of “Template Defender.”
