DXC Technology, a world-leading IT services company, seeks a SAP CO Consultant for a major S/4HANA rollout. You will drive Controlling process design, data migration concepts, and cross-module integration for a global transformation program.

Applicants should have 5+ years of SAP project experience, strong Controlling knowledge, and willingness to travel 50% (10-12 weeks over 6-9 months). The role emphasizes delivering tailored SAP solutions within the client’s business context.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of SAP project experience with in-depth knowledge of SAP Controlling (Organization structure, Master Data, Cost element accounting, Cost Centre, Profit Centre accounting, Product Costing, Profitabilty analysis, Internal orders)
• Strong understanding of internal business processes and integration to SAP modules
• Experience in at least 1 full SAP end-to-end implementation and at least 1 S/4HANA rollout

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver a global transformation program for a leading manufacturing client
• Provide sound SAP Controlling solutions in the S/4HANA environment tailored to customer requirements
• Act as Template Defender during Fit to template / explore phases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations

Role Overview

• Join a large-scale SAP S/4HANA rollout project for a leading manufacturing client as a SAP CO Consultant. We are looking for two experienced professionals who want to play a key role in shaping and delivering a global transformation program.
• Willingness to travel (Min 50%. 10-12 weeks of travel over 6-9 months of rollout duration)

Requirements

• At least 5 years of SAP project experience with in-depth knowledge of SAP Controlling (Organization structure, Master Data, Cost element accounting, Cost Centre, Profit Centre accounting, Product Costing, Profitabilty analysis, Internal orders)
• Very good process understanding for internal business processes in the areas of controlling and integration to other core SAP modules.
• Experience in at least 1 SAP E2E implementation over the entire life cycle.
• Experience at least 1 SAP S/4HANA rollout with experience in conducting Fit to template / explore phases.
• Providing sound solutions in the S/4HANA environment based on the customer's specific business requirements.
• Experience with data migration concepts using standard SAP toolsets for Controlling masterdata and transaction objects.
• Good communication and assertiveness as the consultant will play the role of 'Template Defender'.
