Job summary

Fusion Consulting AG is seeking an experienced Change & Training / Site Adoption Specialist to drive organizational change management, user training, and adoption across a complex SAP transformation. You will prepare business users for new systems, processes, and ways of working.

Work closely with project managers and local site representatives to design training programs, create user guides, and coordinate site readiness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) and training roles within IT or business transformations.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness assessments.
• Experience developing and delivering training strategies, materials, and end-user programs.
• Hands-on coordination of site readiness, user adoption, and cross-location activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management and training strategies for SAP implementations and rollouts.
• Lead stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and site readiness evaluations.
• Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and digital learning programs.
• Create user guides, training docs, and communication materials.
• Coordinate adoption activities across multiple locations and stakeholders.
• Monitor adoption metrics and organizational readiness throughout the lifecycle.
• Support go-live preparation, hypercare, and post-implementation adoption efforts.
• Identify resistance and drive continuous improvement.
