Vertage is seeking a Change Management Lead in Poland to guide MSP implementations through training, communications, and adoption strategies. You will design programs, tailor messages for diverse audiences and ensure readiness for go-live.

You will collaborate with client teams and internal stakeholders to build branding, manage content, and drive user adoption with targeted activities and feedback loops.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in change management, training or user adoption.
• Experience with stakeholder mapping and adoption campaigns.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint and Teams.
• Leadership and client-relationship skills across teams.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver training strategies and materials for MSP implementations.
• Own communications strategy and timelines to drive adoption.
• Engage stakeholders, identify champions and adoption risks.
• Maintain content governance across SharePoint and collaboration tools.
• Support go-live readiness and program branding discussions.
