Job summary

Ampstek is seeking an SAP Business Process Automation Consultant to design, build and support workflow and RPA solutions on SAP BTP for a global client. You will collaborate with business process owners and SAP teams to automate end-to-end processes across S/4HANA and connected systems.

The role requires hands-on experience with SAP Build Process Automation, SAP BTP, and integration with S/4HANA/ECC via APIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP experience with hands-on Build Process Automation.
• Strong knowledge of SAP BTP, subaccounts, destinations and Cloud Connector.
• Experience integrating S/4HANA or ECC via APIs and BAPIs.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities with process owners and functional consultants.
• Design and build workflows, forms, decisions/business rules and automations (bots) in SAP Build Process Automation.
• Integrate automations with S/4HANA, ECC and non-SAP systems using APIs, OData, BAPIs, Actions and BTP destinations.
• Build and consume integration flows in SAP Integration Suite (CPI) where required.
• Configure process visibility dashboards and monitor live processes and bot runs.
• Manage deployment across dev, test and production environments.
• Support testing, UAT, hypercare and incident resolution.
• Document solution designs and follow governance, security and clean-core standards.

Location: Remote (candidates based in Poland, Bulgaria, Romania or elsewhere in Eastern Europe)

Contract: B2B, 6-12 months, extension possible

About the role

We are looking for an SAP Business Process Automation Consultant to design, build and support workflow and RPA solutions on SAP Business Technology Platform for a global enterprise client. You will work with business process owners and SAP functional teams to automate end-to-end processes across S/4HANA and connected systems.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities with process owners and functional consultants
• Design and build workflows, forms, decisions/business rules and automations (bots) in SAP Build Process Automation
• Integrate automations with S/4HANA, ECC and non-SAP systems using APIs, OData, BAPIs, Actions and BTP destinations
• Build and consume integration flows in SAP Integration Suite (CPI) where required
• Configure process visibility dashboards and monitor live processes and bot runs
• Manage deployment across dev, test and production environments
• Support testing, UAT, hypercare and incident resolution

Must have

• 5+ years of SAP experience, with hands-on project work in SAP Build Process Automation (formerly SAP Workflow Management / SAP Intelligent RPA)
• SAP BTP fundamentals: subaccounts, destinations, Cloud Connector, roles and authorisations
• Integration with S/4HANA or ECC via OData, REST/SOAP APIs and BAPIs
• At least one end-to-end process automation delivered into production
• Understanding of at least one core business process area (P2P, O2C, R2R or HR)
• Fluent English, written and spoken
