Job summary

Atos in Poland is seeking a Senior SAP Technology Consultant (SAP BTP) to act as a technical advisor and solution architect, supporting clients in IT landscape transformation and SAP AI innovations. You will combine hands-on development with consulting to deliver end-to-end solutions in modern S/4HANA environments.

The role requires strong SAP BTP experience, UI5/Fiori, Node.js, OData, and agile delivery. You will lead workshops, drive delivery lifecycle, and identify opportunities for upsell

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of SAP consulting experience.
• Hands-on development on SAP BTP.
• Strong experience with S/4HANA environments.
• Exposure to modern SAP stack: CDS, CAP/RAP, APIs.
• Experience with Agile delivery (JIRA, Cloud ALM).
• German language at C2 is required; English at C1 is required.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions on SAP BTP.
• Design and implement SAP BTP solutions using CAP/RAP, UI5/Fiori, Node.js, and OData.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from design to training.
• Lead integration and module testing activities.
• Deliver client-facing workshops and management-level presentations.
• Act as trusted advisor to create proposals and influence decisions; identify upsell opportunities.

In this role, you will combine hands-on development expertise with consulting capabilities, driving end-to-end solution delivery within modern S/4HANA environments.

What will you do?

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions on SAP BTP
• Design & implement solutions using

CAP / RAP

SAP UI5 / Fiori

Node.js, OData (REST/SOAP)

• Drive full delivery lifecycle

design → build → test → deploy → training

• Lead integration & module testing
• Deliver client-facing workshops & presentations (management level)
• Act as trusted advisor - create solution proposals & influence decisions
• Identify upsell / business opportunities within projects

Skills

• 5+ years in SAP consulting, strong project exposure
• Hands-on development on SAP BTP
• Solid experience in S/4HANA environments
• Exposure to modern SAP dev stack (CDS, CAP/RAP, APIs)
• Experience with Agile delivery (JIRA, Cloud ALM)
• Language Requirement (critical)
