REALCORE INDUSTRY & MATERIALS POLAND SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ is seeking an SAP Authorizations Consultant to support secure, compliant SAP authorization concepts across a complex landscape. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions and work with stakeholders.

As an SAP Authorizations Consultant, you will support our customer in maintaining and developing secure, compliant and efficient SAP authorization concepts across a complex system landscape.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, support teams and project teams to translate business requirements into technical authorization solutions, while ensuring compliance with security standards, Segregation of Duties principles and established SAP processes.

Assigning and removing roles and profiles
Performing security build activities and requirements analysis across multiple SAP systems
Supporting Segregation of Duties (SoD) and sensitive transaction analysis
Working with SAP GRC Access Control, including hands-on experience with SoD and SAP GRC rule sets
Utilizing SAP Solution Manager and supporting compliant ChaRM processes
Handling Requests for Service (RfS), Requests for Information (RfI), Incidents and Requests for Change
Translating business requirements into appropriate technical solutions
Cooperating with 1st and 3rd line support teams as well as project teams
Supporting authorization-related troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or a related field
At least 3 years of professional experience in SAP Authorizations
Practical experience working with complex SAP system landscapes and large enterprise environments
Experience with SAP GRC Access Control and Segregation of Duties
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively use existing procedures, processes and tools to identify and resolve issues
Results-driven approach and high level of motivation
Very good communication skills, both verbal and written
Fluent English is required; German will be considered an advantage
