REALCORE INDUSTRY & MATERIALS POLAND SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ is seeking an SAP Authorizations Consultant to support secure, compliant SAP authorization concepts across a complex landscape. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions and work with stakeholders.

The role offers collaboration with international teams, SoD and GRC activities, and opportunities for professional growth. Fluent English required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or a related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in SAP Authorizations
• Experience with SAP GRC Access Control and Segregation of Duties
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively use existing procedures, processes and tools to identify and resolve issues
• Results-driven approach and high level of motivation
• Very good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Fluent English is required; German will be considered an advantage

Responsibilities

• Changing roles and profiles in line with customer requirements and SAP best practices
• Assigning and removing roles and profiles
• Performing security build activities and requirements analysis across multiple SAP systems
• Supporting SoD and sensitive transaction analysis
• Working with SAP GRC Access Control, including hands-on experience with SoD and SAP GRC rule sets
• Utilizing SAP Solution Manager and supporting ChaRM processes
• Handling Requests for Service (RfS), Requests for Information (RfI), Incidents and Changes
• Translating business requirements into appropriate technical solutions
• Cooperating with 1st and 3rd line support teams as well as project teams
• Supporting authorization-related troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities
