Job summary

Accenture is seeking an SAP Architect in Poland to design scalable SAP landscapes across on-premise and cloud environments. You will lead architectural discussions for bids and proposals and promote best practices to customers.

You will mentor project teams, collaborate with cross-functional groups across time zones, and help drive large-scale SAP transformations. Fluency in English and Polish is required for documentation and client interactions.

THE WORK:

Design SAP landscapes, including on-premise and cloud components, and integrate third-party systems.
Prepare and lead architectural discussions for offers and solution proposals.
Act as an SAP evangelist to customers, promoting best practices and innovation.
Mentor and coach project team members to ensure successful delivery.

The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH:

As an SAP Architect at Accenture, you’ll work with some of the most recognized organizations in Poland and beyond - including leaders across banking, retail, manufacturing, and energy sectors. On an international scale, you’ll contribute to transformation programs at major European and global enterprises, collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and markets.

OUR TEAM:

You’ll join one of the largest SAP practices in Poland - a community of several hundred specialists spanning S/4HANA, BTP, integrations, and industry solutions. As an architect, you’ll draw on this depth of expertise when designing complex landscapes, validating solution approaches, and shaping proposals for clients.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’ll NEED:

5+ years of experience in implementing SAP solutions.
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture.
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Clean Core Approach.
Understanding of SAP BTP use cases and integration scenarios.
Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to identify gaps and issues from multiple perspectives.
Understanding of technology, applications, and data architecture.
Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Very good command of English and Polish for documentation, presentations, and teamwork in an international environment.
