Job summary

eConsulting seeks a seasoned Salesforce lead in Poznań to guide a skilled team of developers and administrators. You will mentor staff, plan and assign work, and align with product owners to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a technical team, ideally Salesforce-focused.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in leading or mentoring a technical team (ideally Salesforce-focused).
• Solid hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC/Aura/JavaScript, REST/SOAP, Git).
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to balance technical work with team management tasks.
