Job summary
Roche is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to design business-driven, enterprise-grade solutions within a complex product context in Warsaw, Poland. You will lead architecture efforts across Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Service Cloud and Health Cloud, ensuring data models, integrations, and AI-driven workflows align with regulatory and governance standards.
You will mentor teams, maintain roadmaps, and drive adoption of emerging technologies while managing technical debt and ensuring
Qualifications
- Experience designing business-driven, standards-based solutions within complex contexts.
- Maintains and communicates technology roadmaps and architecture.
- Proven Salesforce platform experience supporting patient/customer ecosystems.
- Mentors others and contributes to Architecture Practices.
Responsibilities
- Designs solutions meeting product requirements, priorities, and enterprise standards.
- Manages Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and fitness functions.
- Documents architecture across the product lifecycle and governs through ADRs.
- Leads architectural governance and evaluates new technologies to reduce technical debt.
