Sii Poland in Kraków seeks a Product Owner to blend Salesforce expertise with a strong business mindset. You will own development of Salesforce-based products, prioritize the backlog, and align with stakeholders across functions.

This role focuses on identifying business needs, translating requirements into practical solutions, roadmap planning, and ensuring a positive user experience in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in Product Owner/Manager or Salesforce-focused role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Ability to manage backlogs and priorities across stakeholder groups.
• Experience facilitating workshops and gathering requirements.
• Fluent in English and Polish; international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own development and continuous improvement of Salesforce-based products.
• Manage the product backlog and define priorities with stakeholders.
• Contribute to product vision, roadmap planning and strategy.
• Analyze user needs and translate into business requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams in different countries on implementation.
• Monitor usage and gather feedback for improvements.
• Support change adoption initiatives.
