Salesforce & Gen AI Builder (Warsaw, Poland)

We are helping our client expand its global tech footprint across Europe. As part of a key regional growth initiative, the company is actively scaling its tech team in Warsaw, Poland, to build and deploy advanced automation, Salesforce, and generative AI capabilities for their global operations.

We are looking for a high-energy, autonomous technical professional to serve as the Salesforce & Gen AI Builder. Operating as a hands-on individual contributor reporting remotely to HQ, you will own technical delivery end-to-end—building custom Salesforce structures, implementing commercial Gen AI tools, and delivering rapid, scalable technical solutions across seven global markets.

Responsibilities:

• Own, execute, and deliver hands-on technical architecture and development for Salesforce and Gen AI initiatives globally.
• Design, build, and deploy custom Gen AI implementations (including integrations with LLMs like Claude) used by internal teams and external users.
• Independently manage and execute end-to-end technical tasks, including API integrations, BI tool configurations, Apex development, and security layer management.
• Partner directly with global teams (across Europe, the US, and Israel) to provide high-touch technical support, rapid prototyping, and workflow optimizations.
• Maintain flexibility for cross-time-zone collaboration, including occasional evening syncs with San Francisco teams.
• Operate within a fast-paced local office environment in Warsaw while driving rapid technical releases under tight timelines.

Requirements:

• MUST: 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator and/or Business Analyst (preferably with Sales Cloud), including strong configuration skills and expertise in Salesforce Flows and process automation.
• MUST: Successful track record of deploying at least one commercial Gen AI project that is actively used by end users (not purely educational/sandbox projects), with hands-on familiarity with AI tools, vibe coding, and building solutions across various AI platforms.
• MUST: Hands-on experience with API integrations and working knowledge of BI tools/reporting platforms.
• MUST: Basic development knowledge (e.g., Apex) combined with strong data analysis, process design, and data modeling capabilities.
• MUST: Fluent Polish (spoken and written) and high-level professional English communication skills.
• Strong "autodidact" mindset with the ability to learn new tech stacks independently without requiring constant day-to-day oversight.
• Willingness to work 4 days/week on-site in Warsaw (across Koszyki or Skyliner office locations), with one flexible remote day.
• Agility to work in a fast-paced global company environment with flexible hours for cross-regional stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to act as a technical service provider for internal global teams.
