Colliers International is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our Warsaw-based team in a balanced role covering development, platform administration, and Service Desk support. You will deliver programmatic (Apex/LWC) and declarative (Flow) solutions while ensuring daily operational health and user support across our multiple Salesforce orgs.

Key responsibilities include building and deploying Apex/LWC, designing robust flows, managing security, and supporting REST/SOAP integrations.

Formación

• 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience.
• Experience delivering in Kanban or Scrum environments.
• Professional English and Polish proficiency (minimum B2).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deploy Apex and LWC code; maintain Visualforce where needed.
• Design and maintain declarative automation flows and validation rules.
• Review code, participate in architectural decisions and CI/CD processes.
• Handle Service Desk tickets (L2/L3) via ServiceNow/Jira; perform root cause analysis.

Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our team in a balanced role covering custom development, platform administration, and Service Desk support. You will deliver programmatic (Apex/LWC) and declarative (Flow) solutions while ensuring daily operational health and user support across our multiple Salesforce orgs.

Key Responsibilities

• Agile Development: Build, test, and deploy clean Apex and LWC code and maintain legacy Visualforce Pages within a Kanban framework.
• Declarative Automation: Design robust, maintainable flows and validation rules following architectural best practices.
• Code quality: Review pull requests of other developers and participate in architectural decision-making processes.
• Service Desk & Support: Resolve L2/L3 tickets via ServiceNow/Jira, conduct root cause analysis, and troubleshoot exceptions and integration errors.
• Platform Administration: Manage user access, security (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules), custom objects, fields, and report/dashboard creation.
• Integrations & Release: Support REST/SOAP API integrations and participate in release deployments.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business users to refine requirements and provide enablement to boost self-sufficiency.

What We Look For

• Experience: 2-4 years of hands‑on Salesforce development and administration experience.
• Agile Mindset: Practical experience delivering within Kanban or Scrum workflows.
• Communication: Professional English and Polish proficiency (minimum B2 level, written and spoken).

Technical Requirements

• Solid proficiency in Apex and knowledge of platform constraints and limits.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Flow and data modeling.
• Experience with Salesforce security model (Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Roles, OWD).
• Experience with Salesforce development tooling and integrations, including Salesforce CLI (SF CLI) and Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Metadata, and Tooling APIs).
• Hands‑on ticketing experience (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).

Nice To Have

• Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer, Platform Administrator or Platform App Builder.
• Exposure to modern DevOps and CI/CD practices, including Gitflow workflow, Bitbucket Pipelines, and version control best practices.
• Background in commercial real estate or professional B2B services.
