Job summary

Innowise poszukuje doświadczonego Salesforce Consultant/Functional Consultant. Rola obejmuje zbieranie wymagań, projektowanie rozwiązań, konfigurację, testowanie i wsparcie po wdrożeniu w środowisku Salesforce.

Wymagana jest biegłość w Sales Cloud i/lub Service Cloud, znajomość narzędzi declarative, migracji danych oraz integracji (MuleSoft, API). Wymagana komunikatywność, doświadczenie z UAT i prowadzeniem warsztatów oraz angielski na poziomie min B2.

Qualifications

• 6+ lat doświadczenia jako Salesforce Consultant/Functional Consultant
• Pełny cykl życia projektu: zbieranie wymagań, projektowanie rozwiązań, konfiguracja, testy, wdrożenie, wsparcie po wdrożeniu
• Silna znajomość Sales Cloud i/lub Service Cloud
• Głęboka znajomość narzędzi deklaratywnych: Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules
• Doświadczenie z projektowaniem modelu danych (Obiekty, Pola, Relacje)
• Zrozumienie procesów sprzedażowych/usługowych
• Znajomość modelu bezpieczeństwa Salesforce
• Doświadczenie z narzędziami migracji danych
• Doświadczenie w pisaniu specyfikacji i współpracy z deweloperami (Apex/LWC)
• Doświadczenie integracyjne Salesforce z systemami zewnętrznymi (APIs, MuleSoft)
• Dobra obsługa interesariuszy i kontakt z klientem
• Prowadzenie warsztatów, discovery sessions oraz UAT
• Poziom angielskiego min B2 (preferowany C1)

Required:

• 6+ years of hands‑on experience as a Salesforce Consultant/Functional Consultant
• Proven experience across the full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go‑live support
• Strong expertise in core Salesforce clouds: Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud (specify Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service, or CPQ if relevant to the role)
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools: Flow Builder, Process Builder (legacy), Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports & Dashboards
• Experience with data model design (Objects, Fields, Relationships, Record Types, Page Layouts)
• Strong understanding of Sales/Service business processes (lead‑to‑cash, case management, opportunity management)
• Experience with Salesforce security model: Profiles, Permission Sets, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules, OWD (Organization‑Wide Defaults)
• Experience with data migration tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard)
• Experience writing functional/technical specifications and collaborating with developers on Apex/Lightning Web Components (LWC) customizations
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third‑party systems (APIs, middleware such as MuleSoft, or point‑to‑point integrations)
• Strong stakeholder management and client‑facing communication skills
• E xperience leading workshops, discovery sessions, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
• English level: B2 or higher (C1 preferred, given senior/client‑facing role)

Nice to have:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder)
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience migration projects
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology
