Job summary

Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to provide expert support to Salesforce users, resolve incidents and optimize service delivery across the organization.

You will work with Jira for ticketing, prepare and maintain documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality support. Strong English communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Min. 3-4 years of professional Salesforce consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service and Field Service.
• Experience with ticketing systems, preferably Jira.
• Strong English language skills (spoken and written).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
