Job summary

Brown-Forman is seeking an IT Analyst to join the European Commercial IT team in Warsaw. The role focuses on analyzing and formalizing business requirements, designing Salesforce-based solutions, and managing implementation with cross-regional IT partners.

The ideal candidate will configure and customize Salesforce, manage data, build reports and dashboards, and provide end-user support while collaborating with Italy, Spain, and Global teams. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and customizing Salesforce and managing users & security.
• Experience building reports and dashboards.
• Salesforce Administrator certification would be a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs.
• Manage overall project schedule and coordinate with regional & central teams.
• Create and manage workflows and automation.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business needs.
• Manage data quality and perform data extracts/uploads.
• Provide ongoing end-user support.
• Stay current with Salesforce updates and best practices.
