Job summary

Hitachi Vantara in Krakow, Poland, seeks a Salesforce Business Analyst to analyze business needs and translate them into Salesforce requirements. You will collaborate across departments to optimize processes, implement solutions, and drive adoption of changes within the Sales, Service and Community Cloud environments.

Applicants should have Salesforce Admin experience (certification preferred or 2+ years), strong communication skills and familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices using Jira.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Admin skills with certification or 2+ years admin experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodology and Jira for Scrum development.
• Experience with change management and training delivery.
• Ability to analyze detailed requirements and configure end-user apps/systems.
• Coding or configuring apps with programming, scripting and SQL.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong self-motivation, accountability and organization.
• Proficiency in Excel, Visio, SQL and related design tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze business needs, gather requirements, define scope and objectives.
• Recommend solutions or process improvements leveraging new technology or better use of existing tech.
• Document relationships between users, processes, data, apps and devices.
• Translate business requirements into application specifications.
• Manage projects with limited supervision; coach junior staff.
• Solve problems in complex scenarios.
