Job summary

Kalmar Poland is seeking a Sales and Service Support Administrator to join our sales and service support team in Stargard, Poland. You will provide essential administrative support for sales and service processes and manage orders, contracts, and warranty claims.

You will work with SAP and other tools, ensuring accurate documentation and timely responses. English at B2 level is required, and prior sales/billing or SAP knowledge is considered an asset.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (minimum B2) required.
• Experience in sales and billing preferred.
• Experience in a similar administrative role preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support for sales and service processes.
