What you will do:
  • Promoting and selling the department's products in the assigned territory
  • Developing and implementing individual sales activities to achieve sales budgets and profitability
  • Participating in public tenders
  • Conducting training and presentations for medical personnel and constantly monitoring customer requirements and satisfaction
  • Representing the company at conferences, symposia, and medical meetings, and organizing them
  • Establishing new contacts and maintaining long‑term and positive relationships with existing customers
  • Leading the conclusion of contracts and overseeing the sales process
  • Maintaining up‑to‑date product knowledge, related to the company's operations, and the market
  • Developing and implementing special sales activities to optimize inventory
  • Proactively seeking customer feedback to improve service quality and expand the business portfolio
  • Assessing competitive threats and implementing proactive tactical actions
What you need:
  • Higher education
  • At least 2‑3 years of experience working in an international company, preferably in the healthcare industry
