As part of our expanding chemical division, we are now seeking a Sales Representative with experience in the chemical industry to lead B2B sales across key Central European markets. This is a high-impact, international role focused on developing strategic partnerships and driving commercial success within a specialized product segment.
Sales Representative (Chemical Raw Materials)
Work location: Szczecin, Poland
(While the primary location is Szczecin, we are open to candidates based at other Kronospan sites in Poland (e.g. Szczecinek or Strzelce Opolskie). Please note that the position involves regular travel across Central Europe).
- Acquire new B2B clients for chemical raw materials in Poland and abroad. (mainly Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia).
- Build long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Execute sales plans and deliver business targets.
- Conduct regular client visits (domestic and international).
- Ensure top-quality customer service throughout the sales process.
- Based in Poland (preferably near Szczecin) and open to frequent travel.
- University degree (chemistry or economics preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the chemical or raw material industry.
- Fluent in English; German is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
