Job summary

Clarios in Katowice, Poland, is seeking a Sales Professional (m/f/d) to provide operational, analytical and administrative support to the sales office. The role is located at the Katowice office, Poland.

You will analyze customer and market data, prepare reports, and assist the Sales Team with presentations, documentation and daily administrative tasks while maintaining CRM data and coordinating internal stakeholders.

Purpose of the position

As Sales Professional (m/f/d), you will provide operational, analytical and administrative support to our sales office.

The role will be located in Katowice office, Poland

What you will do

• Support and prepare sales reports, analyses and performance overviews.
• Analyze customer, sales and market data and provide relevant insights.
• Support Sales Team with presentations, documentation and other day-to-day administrative activities.
• Maintain and coordinate sales-related data in CRM and other relevant systems.
• Support customer-related topics and coordinate follow-up activities with internal stakeholders.
• Support customer meetings, events, trade fairs and other sales activities.
• Contribute to various Sales projects and ad-hoc business requirements.

What makes you a good fit

• Degree in economics, business administration, marketing or a related field, alternatively completed professional education in industrial sales or a comparable area.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in Sales and/or Marketing, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Experience in customer management, market analysis and the coordination of sales activities.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and commercially minded approach with the ability to identify and develop market opportunities.
• Technical skills: Experience with CRM and reporting tools, ideally Salesforce and SAP, Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Very good English language skills. Polish is a must.
