Royal Canin in Niepołomice/Warsaw is seeking a Sales Operations & Effectiveness Manager for the CEE region. You will shape tools, processes, and capabilities to drive commercial success across Europe, with hybrid work up to 50% remote.

The role focuses on improving sales performance via data, technology, and process excellence, leading adoption of new technologies, and partnering with IT and stakeholders to deliver system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Economics, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience in sales operations, sales effectiveness, business operations, or a similar area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or comparable sales management systems.
• Experience leading or supporting system implementations, process improvements, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships across teams and functions.
• Fluent English; knowledge of an additional European language would be an advantage.
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve sales effectiveness frameworks, processes, and operating standards across the region.
• Optimize sales call plans, territory coverage, and route planning to maximize field force productivity and return on investment.
• Monitor performance metrics and sales effectiveness indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Act as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for sales systems, tools, and operational processes.
• Lead the adoption and implementation of new technologies, automation solutions, and AI-enabled tools to increase efficiency.
• Partner with regional stakeholders, IT teams, and external providers to deliver system enhancements and new capabilities.
• Serve as a key user and business owner for Salesforce CRM and related sales systems, ensuring an excellent user experience and effective system utilization.
• Drive cross-functional projects focused on process optimization, operational excellence, and business transformation.
