Job summary

Capgemini Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Bid & Solution Team in Poland. You will be primarily responsible for controlling and maintaining our CRM system and supporting the monitoring of business development costs.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with colleagues across Poland, Germany, India and other Capgemini locations, contributing to the efficiency of our sales operations and the value we deliver to clients.

Your role

Join our Bid&Solution Team! We are a group of specialists supporting key bid projects. As a Sales Operations Analyst you will be part of the local Bid Team and part of the virtual Sales Operations team of Capgemini Germany. You will be primarily responsible for controlling and maintaining our CRM system and supporting the monitoring of business development costs.
