The company is scaling its operations in Warsaw and is now looking for a Sales & Marketing PMO Manager who will support strategic commercial initiatives and contribute to the ongoing transformation of the global sales organization.

In this position, you will work closely with senior leadership to coordinate and deliver projects that strengthen global Sales and Marketing capabilities. You will support the integration of processes, tools, and best practices across different regions and business lines. Your work will focus on improving collaboration between sales, product management, and other commercial functions, and you will also take part in initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement, lead management, and the efficiency of the company’s go‑to‑market approach.

  • Support initiatives aimed at strengthening customer engagement and conversion effectiveness.
  • Use CRM, digital tools, and data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Help develop data‑driven insights that support market strategies and commercial decisions.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Promote efficient processes by leveraging digital platforms and automation tools.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a PMO, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Business Development role.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and digital marketing or lead management tools.
  • Understanding of marketing analytics, segmentation, or forecasting.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage) and marketing/sales automation solutions.
  • Ability to coordinate complex projects and work with diverse international stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Comfort working in a fast‑changing, growth‑oriented environment.
  • Experience with Project Management methodologies or Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe.
