Earlston Academy is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our instructor network and lead practical, career-focused sales training.
This role is ideal for an experienced sales leader who has managed sales teams and understands what it takes to build pipelines, coach representatives, close business, and consistently hit revenue targets.
What You'll Do
- Create and maintain sales management course content.
- Lead engaging live online sessions for assigned cohorts.
- Teach practical sales management, leadership, and revenue-generation strategies.
- Develop role-plays, sales exercises, assessments, and real-world case studies.
- Teach pipeline management, forecasting, KPIs, coaching, hiring, and performance management.
- Share real-world sales strategies from your professional experience.
- Mentor students and provide constructive feedback.
- Keep course content aligned with current sales practices and technologies.
Areas of Expertise
Requirements
- Currently working as a Sales Manager, Sales Director, Sales Leader, or closely related role , or have recent substantial experience in sales management.
- 7+ years of professional sales experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing, coaching, and developing sales teams.
- Experience working in technology and/or non-technology industries .
- Strong understanding of B2B and/or B2C sales.
- Experience with sales KPIs, pipeline management, forecasting, CRM systems, and revenue targets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to teach practical sales concepts using real-world examples.
- Teaching, mentoring, or professional training experience is preferred.
Compensation
Cohort-Based Contract Compensation
- Course Content Development: $1,000–$3,000 per course, based on course scope and complexity.
- Live Instruction: $25–$65 per instructional hour.
- Student Support & Grading: Additional compensation based on cohort requirements.
- Repeat Cohorts: Additional compensation for each subsequent cohort taught.
- Compensation is based on experience, course complexity, content requirements, and cohort size.
