We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive/ Student Enrollment Advisor to guide leads through

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in admissions, enrollment advising, sales, recruiting, staffing, or consultative customer-facing roles
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales or enrollment targets
Experience conducting phone and virtual consultations
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to handle objections

Responsibilities

Conduct discovery calls to understand career goals, challenges, and motivations
Present programs and pathways in a consultative manner
Guide prospects through admissions and enrollment processes
Address questions regarding curriculum, outcomes, financing, and career support services
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective students throughout the enrollment cycle
Assist applicants with enrollment paperwork and onboarding requirements
Manage inbound/outbound leads and maintain CRM records
Track engagement and enrollment progress and respond promptly to inquiries
