Collab Management ищет менеджера по продажам для развития коммерческих партнерств в области инфлюенсер-маркетинга. Ваша задача — привлекать клиентов, вести переговоры и формировать предложения для брендов в beauty, fashion и lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Есть опыт продаж в сфере инфлюенсер-маркетинга или услуг маркетинга в агентстве/медиахолдинге.
• Умение налаживать контакты и вести переговоры.
• Развитые навыки продаж и переговоров.
• Организованность и проактивный подход.

Responsibilities

• Обрабатывать входящие запросы через почтовые ящики авторов
• Активно привлекать новых клиентов и строить долгосрочные отношения
• Готовить и презентовать коммерческие предложения, вести переговоры
• Развивать сотрудничество с существующими клиентами агентства
• Учитывать потребности клиентов и повышать продажи услуг
• Работать в тесном сотрудничестве с командой управления кураторами
• Мониторить рынок и активность конкурентов
• Достигать плановых продаж и формировать отчеты в CRM

Задачи:

• Handle inquiries coming in through creators' inboxes
• Actively acquire new clients and build long-term relationships
• Prepare and present sales offers and negotiate the terms of collaborations
• Develop collaboration with the agency's existing clients
• Respond creatively to clients' needs and challenges, increasing sales of services
• Work closely with the creator management team
• Monitor the market and competitors' activities
• Meet sales targets and report results in the CRM

Требования:

• Have at least 1–2 years of sales experience in influencer marketing or 2–3+ years of experience selling marketing services at an agency or media house
• Communicate very well with people and enjoy making new connections
• Have well-developed sales and negotiation skills
• Organize your work well and take a proactive approach
• Sales targets motivate you rather than stress you
• Be interested in influencer marketing, social media, and current trends
• Want to develop and learn in a dynamic environment
