WALK PR в Варшаве ищет Account Executive (junior/mid) для команды Lifestyle & Consumer Insight. Мы совмещаем PR, инфлюенсер-маркетинг и бренд-ивенты для брендов в lifestyle, beauty, FMCG, авто и бытовой технике.

Если вы из PR или инфлюенсер-агентства и хотите изучить другую сторону, присоединяйтесь. Гибридный формат, 2 дня в офисе возле Rondo Daszyńskiego, сокращенный рабочий день по пятницам, выходной на день рождения, частная медицинская страховка.

Qualifications

• Опыт 1–2 года в PR или инфлюенсер-агентстве.
• Умение работать с данными и формулировать выводы.
• Свободное владение польским языком; рабочий уровень английского.

Responsibilities

• Реализация мероприятий для клиентов на всех стадиях проекта: от концепции до публикации и сбора обратной связи.
• Подготовка пресс-релизов, контент-планов, отчетов и резюме кампаний.
• Формирование баз данных медиа, креаторов и лидеров мнений.
• Координация subподрядчиков и творцов: комиссии, сроки, контракты и расчеты.
• Составление бюджетов и контроль графиков проектов.
• Поддержка команды в подготовке предложений и питчей: исследования, стратегия и презентационные материалы.

We are looking for an Account Executive (junior/mid, depending on experience) to join the Lifestyle & Consumer Insight team. We combine brand PR with influencer marketing and brand experience activities, mainly for brands in lifestyle, beauty, FMCG, automotive and home appliances. You can join us from a PR agency or an influencer agency. What matters is that you know one of these worlds from the inside and want to learn the other. Задачи:

• Deliver activities for clients at every stage, from concept through content creation and publication to collecting client feedback
• Prepare press releases, content plans, reports and campaign summaries
• Build and update databases of media, creators and opinion leaders
• Coordinate the work of subcontractors and creators: commissions, deadlines, contracts and settlements
• Prepare budgets and monitor project schedules
• Support the team with proposals and pitches: research, strategy and presentation elements

Требования:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in a PR or influencer agency
• Understand how media and creators work and be able to translate this into specific activities for a brand
• Write fluently and correctly in Polish
• Organize your work well, be detail-oriented and deliver on time
• Be able to work with data and draw conclusions from it
• Use AI tools on a daily basis
• Have a communicative level of English, spoken and written
