  • CRM proficiency (logging calls, outcomes, and meeting details accurately).
  • Your goal isn’t closing deals — it’s opening doors for the Sales team.
  • Make 30–40 outbound calls daily to initiate first contact with potential clients.
  • Serve as the initial touchpoint for the company, building rapport and trust.
  • Present the company and value proposition briefly to generate interest.
  • Qualify leads and schedule follow-up calls or meetings for the Sales team (target 2 per day).
  • Keep CRM updated with client interactions and lead information.
  • Coordinate with Sales to ensure smooth handoff and alignment on client needs.
