In-depth regulatory expertise is not required on day one; intellectual curiosity and a strong motivation to develop deep domain expertise are essential (full onboarding and training provided).

Good understanding of closing deals or carrying an individual sales quota as an Account Executive.

Foundational understanding of enterprise software architectures and technical implementation processes.

Working familiarity with the European supervisory architecture (e.g., EBA, ECB, National Competent Authorities, National Central Banks), or the agility to master this landscape quickly.

Conceptual awareness of key European reporting frameworks (e.g., FINREP, COREP, AnaCredit, statistical reporting) and their regulatory objectives.
