Job summary

Regnology is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Rfleet team and help build Regnology's secure platform for running and managing AI agents. You will work across the full stack with React and TypeScript on the frontend and backend services in Java/Quarkus.

You will design APIs, real-time integrations, and workflows for agent lifecycles, while maintaining a cloud-native, secure architecture on Google Cloud and ensuring quality through automated testing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional full-stack software development experience.
• Strong hands-on with Java and TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Experience building modern web applications and APIs.
• Knowledge of React and Quarkus or similar frameworks is a plus.
• Commitment to clean code, automated testing, and maintainable solutions.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Software Engineer in the Rfleet team, you will help build Regnology's secure platform for running and managing AI agents. You will work across the full stack, developing user-facing features with React and TypeScript and backend services with Java and Quarkus. You will design reliable APIs, real-time integrations and intuitive workflows for managing agent lifecycles, conversations, permissions and access. You will contribute to a secure, cloud-native architecture running on Google Cloud, where isolation, auditability and least-privilege access are fundamental. You will create and maintain automated tests and take responsibility for quality from design through production. You will collaborate in an international, agile team and help shape both the product and its technical direction.
