Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a Regional Program Manager to support Services to the Armed Forces overseas. You will deploy to U.S. military installations across the Middle East, Africa, and Eastern Europe, living on bases and coordinating with local partners.

This 24-month term assignment requires strong leadership, project management, and experience in humanitarian programs. You will supervise volunteers, manage program delivery, and ensure compliance with safety and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five years in program management or related field.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate emergency communication messages to military members and families.
• Coordinate follow-up services and document activities.
• Maintain rosters, unit contacts, and case logs.
• Support deployment readiness and mobilize mobile team.
• Manage volunteers and coordinate with leadership on deployments.
