Job summary

CRDF Global is seeking a Program Delivery Specialist to lead regional cybersecurity and digital resilience initiatives from our Warsaw hub. The role drives planning, execution, and coordination with international donors, experts, and stakeholders to deliver impact across Europe and beyond.

You will manage a diverse portfolio, oversee travel, events, and communications, and collaborate with finance and MEL teams to monitor performance and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Master’s degree or another relevant degree or certification preferred.
• 4-5 years of work experience in a related field.
• Experience in international affairs and global security topics, including cybersecurity and digital resilience.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with multicultural collaboration.
• Willingness to travel regionally and globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead ideation, organization, and execution of cybersecurity and digital resilience activities.
• Coordinate travel logistics for ad hoc activities and events.
• Engage experts and stakeholders; manage readouts and vendor payments.
• Implement a structured project management approach with objectives, timelines and KPIs.
• Develop partnerships with institutions and partners across regions.
• Travel domestically and internationally for implementation and events.
