Job summary

TE Connectivity in Krakow is seeking a S2P Team Leader to guide a dedicated finance operations team within a hybrid work environment. You will focus on delivering high-quality source-to-pay services, coaching staff, and partnering with stakeholders across Finance and Procurement to drive value.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in S2P/P2P, demonstrated leadership, and expertise in SAP and MS Office, plus excellent English. You will champion KPI delivery, process improvements, and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in S2P/P2P, Accounts Payable, or Finance Operations.
• Previous people leadership experience in a shared services environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting and end-to-end S2P processes.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office; excellent English skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Source-to-Pay (S2P) team; ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Manage team workload, allocate tasks, and coach staff.
• Drive KPIs and SLAs; improve team performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement and other functions to ensure excellent service.
• Support process transitions, standardization, automation, and improvement initiatives.
• Analyze data and provide insights for decisions and optimization.
• Manage escalations and address risks; ensure policy compliance.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and partners.
