Job summary

TE Connectivity Krakow is seeking a S2P Junior Team Leader to guide a small team, drive process efficiency and ensure KPI/ SLA achievement. You will mentor team members and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across S2P and FSC Krakow.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in S2P/Accounts Payable, strong accounting background, and excellent English. The role is hybrid with growth opportunities and exposure to SAP and data analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Overall 3+ years of experience within Source to Pay/Accounts Payable.
• Strong accounting background in a shared services environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Very good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the S2P team (up to 7 people) in executing processes with leadership and analytical focus.
• Ensure KPIs and SLAs are met, with continuous improvement.
• Assign tasks based on capacity and development plans.
• Coach and mentor team members and recognize key contributors.
• Use SAP, Celonis and similar tools to analyze data for insights and decisions.
• Support the team in day-to-day operational activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across S2P and FSC Krakow.
• Deliver and manage projects across the S2P department and FSC Krakow.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and change initiatives.
• Maintain a robust compliance environment with policies and processes.
• Understand TE FSC Krakow / S2P strategy within the global TE organization.
