Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking an S2P Team Leader to guide a small professional team in Krakow. You will drive timely, efficient processes, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

You’ll mentor team members, use SAP and Celonis for data-driven insights, and contribute to continuous improvement within the S2P function. Required: 3+ years in Source to Pay/Accounts Payable, strong accounting background, excellent English, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Overall 3+ years of experience within Source to Pay/Accounts Payable.
• Strong accounting background in a shared services environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Very good command of English.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the S2P team (up to 7 people) in executing processes timely and efficiently.
• Ensure KPIs and SLAs are met, and continuously improve performance.
• Assign tasks to team members based on capacity and development plans.
• Coach, mentor and support development of team members.
• Use SAP and Celonis to analyze data and support decision making.
• Support the team in operational activities when needed.
• Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders across the organization.
• Deliver and manage projects across S2P and FSC Krakow.
• Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain robust compliance with applicable policies and processes.
