Fusion Consulting AG is seeking an experienced SAP System Architect with HR/HCM expertise to lead the design and implementation of the HR Mini Master (HRMM) within an SAP S/4HANA transformation program. You will define the solution architecture and ensure seamless integration with surrounding systems.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with SAP HCM / HR and HR master data structures.
• Experience designing or implementing HR Mini Master (HRMM) in SAP S/4HANA.
• Solid understanding of PA and OM in SAP HCM and how master data is used.
• Knowledge of ABAP and integration technologies (APIs, IDocs, web services).
• Ability to define interfaces and troubleshoot technical/integration issues.
• Experience with Workday-to-SAP S/4HANA integration is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the solution architecture for HR Mini Master in SAP S/4HANA.
• Design HRMM based on business and technical requirements and data representation.
• Oversee integrations between HRMM and SAP/non-SAP systems, including Workday, data flows and interfaces.
• Translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical designs.
• Collaborate with HR/HCM functional consultants, integration and technical teams, guiding implementation.
• Support testing, deployment, cutover, and resolution of technical, data, and integration issues.
• Review designs and maintain architecture documentation.
