Job summary

Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP System Architect with HR/HCM expertise to lead the HR Mini Master (HRMM) design within an SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will own the solution architecture, ensure seamless integration with surrounding systems, and guide implementation through deployment.

You will work with HR/HCM functional consultants, integration teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable architecture and robust technical designs, including Workday-to-SAP

Qualifications

• Strong experience with SAP HCM / HR and HR master data and org structures.
• Experience designing or implementing HR Mini Master in SAP S/4HANA.
• Understanding PA and OM in SAP HCM and how HR data integrates with S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and integration design.
• Technical understanding of SAP HR/HCM data, interfaces, and integration mechanisms.
• Familiarity with SAP integration techs: APIs, IDocs, web services, middleware, data mapping.
• Ability to define interfaces with technical teams and troubleshoot issues.
• Experience integrating SAP with external HR systems (Workday preferred).
• Ability to translate business requirements into end-to-end solution designs.
• Experience supporting implementation, testing, deployment, and cutover.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving and cross-stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the solution architecture for HR Mini Master (HRMM) in SAP S/4HANA.
• Design HRMM solution based on business/technical requirements and data representation.
• Oversee integrations between HRMM and SAP/non-SAP systems, including data flows and interfaces.
• Translate requirements into scalable functional/technical designs.
• Collaborate with HR/HCM consultants, integration/technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Support testing, deployment, cutover, and issue resolution (technical/data/integration).
• Review designs and maintain architecture/design documentation.
