CodiLime is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with Rust to join our project team. You will architect, build, and maintain a new suite of tools for deploying Physical Agents on assets across factories, equipment, and fleets.

The role operates in a startup-like team with clients in Europe and the US, and offers flexible remote/office/hybrid options. You will work in agile environments, drive product development opportunities, and collaborate with teammates while ensuring secure, scalable

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
• Excellent knowledge of Rust.
• Knowledge of Python.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools in your engineering workflow.
• Experience in designing and developing distributed applications, including RESTful APIs and inter-service communication.
• Understanding of software security principles, including authentication, authorization, secure communication, and API security.
• Understanding of virtualization technologies.
• Knowledge of containerization including Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
• Knowledge of public clouds.
• Working knowledge of Linux systems.
• Good command of English (B2 level or higher).

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain the solution for the project.
• Proactively identify and drive product development opportunities.
• Validate the solution with the client (demo).
• Fix discovered bugs efficiently and effectively.
