SOFTSWISS is seeking a Ruby on Rails Developer to design and evolve high-load Rails services for its iGaming platform. You will work in an AI-augmented workflow, leveraging coding assistants to scaffold, refactor, and review code while owning production quality and architecture decisions.

The role emphasizes integrating AI features, ensuring reliability, and mentoring engineers. Strong Rails, SQL, Redis and Docker/Kubernetes experience are required, with English and Russian proficiency.

Formación

• 4+ years of commercial Ruby on Rails experience.
• Strong SQL and PostgreSQL skills with large tables.
• Experience with distributed systems and background jobs.
• Familiarity with AI tooling in day-to-day work and testing.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and evolve Ruby on Rails services powering our iGaming platform.
• Work in an AI-augmented workflow using code assistants for scaffolding and review.
• Integrate LLM-based features to create real value for users.
• Own performance: profile hot paths, tune queries, design caching, handle incidents.
• Review code (human and AI) and mentor mid-level engineers.
• Participate in architecture discussions and cross-team planning.
